WINDOW: 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Every product leaving the lab is inspected for precision, function, and finish. In the unlikely event an anomaly slips through quality control, the Return & Exchange Protocol is your recourse.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS:
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including vial, label, and insert).
- Requests must be initiated within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed — we cannot reissue field-worn gear.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Limited or experimental series marked “FIELD-TESTED” or “LAB SERIES.”
- Digital files, documentation, or gift codes.
- Custom or modified builds.
INITIATING A RETURN:
1. Transmit your order number and reason for return to support@madsciencetactical.com.
2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) Code and lab address for return shipment.
3. Once received and verified, refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
EXCHANGES:
If you require an alternate size or replacement unit, the replacement item will deploy once the returned gear clears inspection.
FIELD DAMAGE OR DEFECT:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photo evidence — the lab will initiate a Failure Analysis Ticket and expedite a replacement or refund.
REMINDER: Unauthorized returns, field-modified parts, or used components cannot be accepted back into the lab.
